Miss Supranational USA is all set to host the 2021 edition soon as delegates from all over the country will compete for the national crown and win the opportunity to represent USA at Miss Supranational 2021. Miss Supranational USA 2019 Regina Gray will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

Earlier, Madeleine Overby was appointed Miss Supranational USA 2021 in April 2021 but unfortunately she had to withdraw from the competition making nursing school her top priority. In 2019, Miss Supranational USA 2019 Regina Gray represented her country at Miss Supranational where she placed in the Top 10 with her stellar performance. The 2020 edition of Miss Supranational was indefinitely postponed due to covid-19 pandemic.
