Cindy Breakspear represented Jamaica in Miss World 1976 where she was crowned winner at the end of the event finale. After winning the competition, the diva shifted into the music industry and became a jazz singer and musician. She had a relationship with popular reggae singer Bob Marley that lasted until he died in 1981. She has a son with him who is also a Reggae musician following in his father’s footsteps. She now has four grandchildren from her three children. She is the founder of Ital Craf, a popular Rastafarian craft store in Jamaica. She believes that the things in life that are important are not 'Things'.
