Abigail Hill from Enumclaw was crowned Miss Washington USA 2018 on 5th November 2017 by the outing Miss Washington USA 2017 Alex Carlson-Helo, who handed over her reign at the event which was held at Highline Performing Arts Centre. Just at 19, Abigail has created her own mark in the regional pageant world and is all set to shine bright at Miss USA 2018 next year.
