Julianne Chu was crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2018 on 19th November 2017 by the outing Miss Hawaii USA 2017 Julie Kuo, who handed over her reign at the event which was held at Hawaii Convention Center. Julianne is 25 years of age and it was her fifth time to compete for Miss Hawaii USA 2018 title. Last year she finished as fourth runner-up but this time her persistence and hard work paid off well for her.
