Deneen Paige Penn from Cortland was crowned Miss Ohio USA 2018 at the finale held at Fountain Square, Springfield in Ohio. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Ohio USA 2017 Dinaleigh Baxter. Deneen is 20 years of age and has completed her bachelor’s degree from Maplewood High School in 2015. This young lady wants to continue working towards her dream of completing her education in business administration, and later earn a second degree in architecture.
