Toneata Morgan was crowned Miss Oregon USA 2018 for Miss USA 2018 at Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon on 10th October 2017. Miss Oregon USA 2017 Elizabeth Denny passed the crown and reign to her successor. Toneata is 21 years of age and hails from Coquille. She is a final year communication student at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
