Vichitta Phonevilay was crowned Miss Universe Laos 2019 held on 24th August 2019 at the Royal Palace Hotel, Vientiane. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Laos 2018 On-anong Homsombath.
Vichitta is a 23-year-old seasoned model and stands 175 cm tall. She hails from Paksane, Bolikhamxai, Laos and currently resides in Vientiane, Laos.
