Rosie Xin Zhu represented Hebei at the Miss Universe China 2019 pageant held at Shenzhen and was crowned Miss Universe China 2019 by her predecessor Meisu Qin on 14th January 2019. The 26-year-old beauty stands tall at 178 cm. Xin first competed in Miss World China 2017, where she was placed as a finalist. She subsequently competed in Miss Intercontinental China 2018, where she secured Top 10 placement at the finale.
