Mirna Naiia Maric was crowned Miss Universe Croatia 2020 on 13th March 2020 at Zagreb. Mirna succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Croatia 2019 Mia Rkman and will now represent her country in Miss Universe 2020.
The 22-year-old diva speaks fluent English and Italian. She graduated from the School of Applied Arts and Design in Zadar. As the winner, Mirna also received a four-year scholarship to the Zagreb School of Economics and Management or MBA studies worth 20,000 euros.
Mirna is advocating to reduce violence against women, not just physical but mentally. As model she experienced violence through social media and says words can hurt just as much as physical violence. She has been working with ‘International Women’s Club Zangreb’ aiming to create a social network for International women living in the city.
