Sheynnis Palacios was crowned as the national queen on 15th February 2020 at Holiday Inn Hotel. She succeeded Miss Mundo Nicaragua 2019 María Teresa Cortéz for the title.
Sheynnis is 21 years of age and holds a degree in Communications. She currently works as a brand ambassador and a TV host. She is also fluent in Spanish and English. Not new to the pageantry, she was Miss Teen Nicaragua 2016 as she represented the country in different fashion and beauty events. With her previous experience as Miss Teen Nicaragua 2016, Sheynnis explained that she has learned to be more responsible, mature and punctual but most importantly she has learnt that dreams do come true and every effort has its reward.
Sheynnis Palacios has a very different perspective towards life as she has been working with “Smile that teach” campaign. The aim of this campaign is to raise awareness among different public and media with an aim to find new patients in her respective country who can be treated at Smile Nicaragua Operation Centre and offer them a complete free treatment that leads to an optimal state for the surgery.
