Iris Klein from Germany was crowned Miss International 1989 during the grand finale of the pageant that was held on 17th September 1989 in Kanazawa, Japan. A proud German, this 20-year-old diva, at the time she won the title, was the second delegate from her country to win the Miss International title in 1989. The 173 cm tall diva competed in the Miss Germany pageant earlier, representing Schleswig-Holstein. She was placed as the first runner-up. The absolutely gorgeous beauty queen did some good work after she won the honourable crown of Miss International 1989.
