Briana Siaca was crowned Miss New York USA 2021 on 20th August 2021 at the Resorts World Catskills in Monticello, New York. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss New York USA 2020 Andreia Gibau.
Briana Siaca hails from Brentwood, Town of Islip, Suffolk County. Siaca attended Pace University in New York City, New York and in May 2016, she graduated cum laude from Pace University with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
The 27-year-old stunning beauty is the epitome of determination as this was her fifth stint at Miss New York USA competition. Before winning this title, Briana was Miss New York USA 2017 second runner-up, Miss New York USA 2018 second runner-up, Miss New York USA 2019 third runner-up and Miss New York USA 2020 second runner-up.
