Ingrid Finger from Germany was crowned Miss International 1965 during the finale that was held on 13th August 1965 in Long Island, United States. She is by far the longest title holder of Miss International as the Organisation did not host the pageant in 1966. Ingrid was Miss International for more than 20 months before crowning her successor in 1967.
