Valerie Holmes from Great Britain was crowned Miss International 1969 on 13th September 1969 in Tokyo, Japan. In the year 1969, she won the local title of Miss Enfield which earned her the right to compete in Miss Britain 1969. Valerie became the winner and ultimately brought home the crown of Miss International in the year 1969. Later, in life, she moved to the United States and lived a happy life with her family.
