The coronation night of Miss World 2021, the 70th edition of the Miss World, is all set to be held on 16th March 2022 at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico where the forty semi-finalists will compete for the coveted crown. Toni-Ann Singh of Jamaica will crown her successor at the end of the event.
The coronation of the pageant was initially scheduled to be held on December 16, 2021 but it got postponed when a few delegates tested positive for covid-19. Out of the forty, fifteen contestants have earned their spot in the semi-finals via various challenges and the remaining 25 semi-finalists were officially announced via Miss World Facebook page on 21st January 2022 as judges’ choice.
